Mrs Case creates display cases designed to allow wedding gowns and other cherished garments to be beautifully displayed while helping reduce exposure to environmental factors such as dust, humidity, and ultraviolet light.

Mrs Case is not a traditional wedding gown preservation service.

Traditional gown preservation generally involves professional cleaning followed by specialized archival packaging and storage. Mrs Case offers a different approach: a protective display environment that allows a gown to remain visible and accessible in the home.

We strongly recommend that wedding gowns be professionally cleaned by a qualified wedding gown or textile preservation specialist before being placed in a Mrs Case.

Mrs Case does not provide gown cleaning, restoration, or traditional gown preservation services.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, features, and photographs.

Because products are photographed under varying lighting conditions and viewed on different screens and devices, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from their appearance online.

Mrs Case products may also contain natural or handcrafted characteristics that are consistent with their construction and materials.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to product specifications, materials, finishes, or features as necessary.

A Mrs Case is designed to help create a more protective display environment for your gown. It cannot eliminate all environmental exposure or prevent the natural aging of textiles.

Customers are responsible for:

• Having their gown professionally cleaned before display
• Following all care and use instructions provided with their Mrs Case
• Maintaining the humidity-control system as directed
• Periodically inspecting their gown for signs of staining, discoloration, moisture, or fabric deterioration
• Maintaining an appropriate display environment
• Avoiding prolonged direct sunlight
• Avoiding placement directly in front of a window
• Removing the gown from the case if it will be stored in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Avoiding areas subject to water intrusion, flooding, leaks, or excessive moisture

The condition and longevity of a wedding gown can be affected by many factors, including the age and composition of the textile, previous wear, previous cleaning, stains or residues, dyes, embellishments, environmental conditions, and natural aging.

Mrs Case cannot guarantee that a gown will remain unchanged in condition or appearance over time.

Mrs Case incorporates features intended to help reduce environmental exposure, which may include:

• UV-reducing acrylic
• A dust-resistant sealed enclosure
• Humidity-control features
• Materials and finishes selected with archival and textile-display considerations in mind

These features are intended to provide a more protective environment for display. They do not constitute a guarantee of preservation or protection against all forms of textile deterioration.

UV-reducing acrylic significantly reduces ultraviolet exposure but does not eliminate all light exposure. For best results, we recommend displaying your Mrs Case away from direct sunlight and not directly in front of a window.

Customers are responsible for charging, maintaining, and replacing the humidity-control device according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The device should be charged as directed and replaced when necessary.

Where applicable, the humidity-control device is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and warranty terms.

Mrs Case is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to properly charge, maintain, replace, or operate the humidity-control device according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

For Mrs Case models designed for wall display, the customer is responsible for properly securing the case to the wall.

Mrs Case does not provide wall-mounting hardware unless specifically stated with your product. Customers should select appropriate mounting hardware for their specific wall type and installation conditions and follow the hardware manufacturer’s instructions.

Because wall construction and installation conditions vary, Mrs Case is not responsible for improper installation, inadequate mounting hardware, failure to properly secure the case, or damage resulting from improper installation.

If you are unsure how to safely mount your case, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

Mrs Case products are intended for indoor use in a reasonably stable, temperature-controlled environment.

We recommend removing a gown from the case if the case will be stored or displayed in a location that is not temperature controlled, including garages, attics, unfinished spaces, outdoor structures, or other environments subject to significant temperature or humidity fluctuations.

Do not display or store a Mrs Case in an area prone to flooding, leaks, water intrusion, or excessive moisture.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable taxes, shipping charges, promotions, or other disclosed fees.

Mrs Case shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flooding, acts of government, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, supply shortages, or other events outside our reasonable control.
